Head Bartender
Head Bartender – The Loop (Chicago)
We are seeking an experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar program at a high-volume venue in Chicago’s Loop.
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations
Manage, train, and lead bartenders and barbacks
Maintain inventory and handle ordering
Ensure high-quality drinks and efficient service
Deliver an elevated guest experience
Qualifications:
Prior head bartender or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of cocktails and bar operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
