LaSalle Network is hiring for a Yardi Administrator to support a fast-paced, growing organization in Chicago. This Yardi Administrator will own day-to-day system administration, user support and optimization of Yardi Voyager and related financial systems. If you’re a hands-on Yardi Administrator who thrives in a collaborative, problem-solving environment, this contract-to-hire opportunity offers immediate impact and long-term potential.

What’s the job?

• Administer and support Yardi Voyager, including configuration and user setup

• Serve as primary support contact for all Yardi Administrator-related issues

• Manage user access, permissions and security controls

• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis

• Support system upgrades, testing and enhancements

• Build and maintain workflows, documentation and process improvements

• Train end users and drive adoption of system updates

• Monitor data integrity and ensure accuracy across systems

• Partner with accounting and finance teams on reporting and optimization

• Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reporting

What’s needed?

• 3+ years of experience as a Yardi Administrator or similar role

• Strong experience with Yardi Voyager administration and support

• Background supporting accounting, finance or property management teams

• Knowledge of user security, access controls and compliance practices

• Strong reporting, troubleshooting and data validation skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

• Excellent communication and user support skills
