What You’ll Do
- Conduct extensive testing and inspection of tools and dies, ensuring each piece adheres to stringent quality benchmarks.
- Meticulously cut, trim, and shape materials to meet precise specifications and functional outputs.
- Innovate and construct jigs, fixtures, and templates that enhance the manufacturing of tools and dies, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize advanced grinding and assembly techniques to maintain the precise alignment and seamless operation of components.
- Critically evaluate and select appropriate metals and materials tailored for specific applications to ensure performance and longevity.
- Champion safety practices, following company guidelines and mitigating risks proactively.
- Handle additional assigned responsibilities with professionalism and diligence.

- Blueprint interpretation
- Setting up tools and dies
You will use cutting-edge technologies such as CAM Software.
