• Innovate and construct jigs, fixtures, and templates that enhance the manufacturing of tools and dies, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Utilize advanced grinding and assembly techniques to maintain the precise alignment and seamless operation of components.
• Critically evaluate and select appropriate metals and materials tailored for specific applications to ensure performance and longevity.
• Champion safety practices, following company guidelines and mitigating risks proactively.
