Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers an opportunity to provide essential social work services within an elementary school setting, working directly with K-3 students. The position supports the development and well-being of 20-30 young students, focusing on fostering a positive and supportive school environment.

Job Details:

• Contract duration: August 11, 2025 May 30, 2026
• Location: Crystal Lake, IL
• Average weekly hours: 35-40 hours
• Workweek: 5 days per week
• Student caseload: 20-30 students in grades K-3

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to address students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop intervention plans and support services tailored to student needs
• Facilitate crisis intervention and referral services as necessary
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Advocate for students well-being within the school community
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
