Our international law firm client in Chicago has an immediate need for Trademark Paralegal with a minimum of 4 years of experience. This person will prepare and file US and foreign trademark prosecution and maintenance documents electronically with the USPTO and WIPO, conduct searches, correspond with foreign counsel, prepare and file copyright applications for registration, and assist with trademark enforcement matters, monitor dockets. Bachelor's degree is required. Exceptional writing, editing, research, organizational and analytical skill and attention to detail are required to be successful in this role. Salary range is $95K-$120K plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
