Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an elementary school setting in Chicago, IL. This contract position extends throughout the current school year (CSY), providing prehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development
• Maintain accurate documentation in pliance with program standards
• Assist in creating a positive and structured learning environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic environments, ideally in elementary school settings
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and families
• Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and data collection methods
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed treatment protocols
