Senior Manager - Brand Marketing - Remote

About the Role We're looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to play a key role in shaping and strengthening our brand presence across customers, partners, employees, and service providers. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, this position will drive strategic marketing initiatives, brand reputation management, and key brand-building efforts to enhance visibility and engagement. As a key collaborator, you'll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all channels while helping to develop impactful marketing materials and campaigns. This role offers a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both planning and implementation. What You'll Do Brand Strategy & Activation Support the development and execution of brand strategy across multiple audiences, including customers, partners, employees, and service providers.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
Enhance the customer journey by integrating branding at key touchpoints, such as enrollment, account management, and claims.
Assist in developing brand guidelines for the company's portfolio of brands.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to align brand strategy with overall business goals. Brand Reputation & Public Relations Manage the brand's presence on review platforms like Google, Trustpilot, and Yelp to improve ratings and customer sentiment.
Assist in crisis communication efforts and brand reputation initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and PR agencies.
Support media outreach and thought leadership efforts to increase brand visibility. Marketing Execution & Creative Development Partner with creative agencies to develop compelling brand assets that align with brand strategy.
Support the creation of B2B and B2B2C marketing materials, including partner collateral, customer testimonials, and co-branded assets.
Ensure that all marketing campaigns reflect brand messaging and business objectives.
Help manage the brand marketing budget and track ROI on brand initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Digital Engagement Work with HR and social media marketing teams to strengthen the company's LinkedIn presence and employer brand.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in internal communications and executive brand-building efforts.
Support customer segmentation and persona development to refine brand messaging and improve marketing effectiveness. What You Bring Qualifications & Experience 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a B2B2C or subscription-based business.
Strong understanding of brand management principles, customer segmentation, and performance-driven marketing.
Experience working with PR and creative agencies to drive brand awareness and reputation.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
Experience in membership, insurance, or home services marketing is a plus.
Prior experience in B2B2C marketing and partner collaboration is highly desirable. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, marketing analytics tools, and creative platforms like Figma. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes: Base Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
