Dishwasher

Our new tapas restaurant is seeking experienced and efficient dishwashers.

we are seekign a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanlines and efficiency of our kitchen, ensuring our chefs and servers have the tools they need to deliver outstanding service. This position is essential to our daily operations and contributes directly to a positive and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities

-Operate and maintain the dishwashingm achine, including loading, unloading, and ensuring proper sanitation cycles.
-wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans by hand when necesssary.
-Sort and stack clean diesh; return them to appropriate storage areas.
-Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
-Empty trash cans and move waste to designated disposal reas.
-Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed
-Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
-Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen manager.
-Work collaboratively with kithen staff and front-of-house team members.
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:
-strong attentoin to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
-Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
-Reliable and puncutula and a strong work ethic.
-ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Good understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety practices.
-Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.
