Cost Associate

Established in 1977, Winesellers Limited has a wide distribution throughout all fifty states and is seeking an energetic and detail oriented professional to work part-time facilitating the smooth flow of materials, documents, and information.

How You Will Contribute

• Daily invoicing of domestic orders
• Process credits and miscellaneous invoices.
• Provides support to the other departments
• Prepares folders and completes filing.
• Backs up the Domestic Order Manager and Direct Import Manager
• Completes data entry into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central; prepares related reports.
• Assists with AR/AP duties and other duties as assigned by the VP of Operations.

About You

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service or a similar role in logistics/operations
• High school diploma and some college level courses preferred.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Business Dynamics/Microsoft Business Central experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments within the company and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $30/hour and $35/hour.
