Your Mission: As a CNC Specialist, set up and manage various CNC machines to perform tasks like drilling and welding with precision. Uphold safety and quality standards in our clean and sophisticated facility.

Core Duties:

• Extract instructions from work documents and direct communications.
• Prepare and adapt chuck jaws as needed.
• Fix tooling in machine turrets accurately.
• Implement manual machines where necessary.
• Execute precision machine setups and minor software adjustments.
• Harness CNC controls to create immaculate machined products.
• Modify offsets to cater to material and tool requirements.
• Tackle minor machine difficulties confidently.
• Possess ability to instruct incoming machinists.
• Calibrate gauge settings for accuracy.
• Collaborate with management to address machining challenges.
• Ensure quality checks on your and others' work, maintaining set standards and recording necessary documentation.
• Willing to operate multiple machines and rotate within work centers.
• Systematically log information into ERP systems, handling pieces that weigh up to 25 lbs.

Criteria for Success:

• Must be a 'U.S. Person' due to export controls.
• Experienced in CNC lathe and mill machine operations, with setup expertise.
• Education level: high school diploma or equivalent job experience.
• Solid grasp of CNC operational principles and math skills.
• Ability to comprehend intricate work plans and blueprints.
• Pass mechanical aptitude assessment if new to the company.
• Physical capability to manipulate items up to 50 lbs and endure standing durations.
