Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment (tune-ups, inspections, etc)
• Identify (potential) problems affecting current or future performance of equipment and identify sales opportunities
• Provide customers with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, quality, cost and other comfort improvements and collect payments
• Communicate professionally with customers, peers and dispatchers

Requirements:

• Enjoy communicating with and advising customers
• Mechanically inclined, willing to earn while you learn
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from heights or small crawl spaces
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
