- Top performers earn $100,000-$150,000+ annually
- Average earnings: $60,000-$90,000
- Paid training + ramp support to set you up for success
- High daily customer traffic = consistent sales opportunities

- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Own the full sales cycle-from first interaction to post-sale follow-up
- Ensure order accuracy and deliver a seamless customer experience
