Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close, compliance activities, and financial analysis. This role partners with operations and leadership to provide accurate financial information, improve accounting processes, and support business decision-making.

- Perform account reconciliations and month-end close activities.
- Prepare journal entries and support financial statement preparation.
- Conduct financial statement and operational analysis.
- Support government reporting and compliance requirements.
- Assist with employee ownership plan administration and insurance programs.
- Participate in annual audits and tax preparation.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
