Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contracted Social Worker position is available to provide vital support to students across K-12 grades during a maternity leave period. This opportunity involves working within a dynamic school environment focused on addressing the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of children and adolescents.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Social Worker License
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Location:

• Addison, Illinois

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive social work services to students, including counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop individualized plans to support student well-being and academic success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and licensure requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to assess student needs and monitor progress
• Assist in developing and implementing prevention and intervention programs in the school setting
