Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑paced Customer Support team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in email‑heavy customer service , case resolution, and researching solutions for client needs.
This role is not high call volume — it is primarily email and Salesforce case management. You will support account managers who oversee vehicle fleets and assist drivers with a wide variety of service-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer emails and cases within SalesForce CRM
- Conduct detailed research to resolve customer issues; think critically to provide solutions
- Communicate extensively with internal departments using MS Teams
- Assist with vehicle ordering, billing changes, insurance card distribution, and driver data updates
- Create vehicle selectors and generate internal reports using company systems
- Make outbound follow‑up calls to customers as needed
- Multi‑task effectively—typing and updating records while speaking with customers
- Contact drivers via phone or email to obtain missing information
Qualifications
Must Have
- 2+ years of office‑based customer service experience
- Strong written communication skills with proper grammar
- High computer proficiency; able to navigate multiple systems and dual monitors
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel (basic Excel required)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Experience with SalesForce
- Experience in case management or heavy email support roles

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
