Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Rise Up for Autism

We are seeking dedicated, kindhearted, and energetic individuals to join us as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) .

As an RBT at Rise Up for Autism, you'll play an essential role in helping children and families thrive. Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that empower our clients to reach their full potential. What You'll Do:

• Work directly with children on the autism spectrum, using evidence-based ABA strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions while building supportive and positive relationships with each client

• Collect and record data on client progress to ensure effective treatment

• Collaborate closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to adjust goals and interventions as needed

• Help maintain a safe, structured, and fun environment where children can thrive

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and families

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and run short distances if needed for client safety

• Previous experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus, but not required-we'll provide full training!
