Customer Service Representative – Contract Position
Staffmax is looking for friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s team in Chicago, IL. If you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and staying busy in a fast-paced office or call-center setting, this could be a great fit for you.

Job Duties:
Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Enter and update customer information in internal systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
Requirements:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Professional attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
