Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Montessori Lead Teacher to join our dedicated teaching team. The ideal candidate will bring both professional expertise and a warm, collaborative spirit to our Montessori community.
You’ll lead your classroom with confidence and care—creating a prepared environment that supports children’s development through observation, intentional guidance, and respect for their intrinsic motivation to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)
- Montessori certification/training from a recognized Montessori program (AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited) at one or more levels:
- Toddler (0–3)
- Primary (3–6)
- Elementary (6–9 and/or 9–12)
- Classroom experience in a Montessori environment preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- A deep respect for children’s individuality and intrinsic drive to learn
