Professional Cleaner-EP
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our team and perform post-construction cleaning on completed job sites. This role focuses on preparing newly built or renovated spaces for handover to clients by delivering a hotel-level clean and finish . The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices small details, and can work efficiently in construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final cleaning of construction sites including residential and commercial properties.
- Clean and polish surfaces such as floors, windows, countertops, cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and trim.
- Remove dust, debris, stickers, and protective materials left from construction work.
- Vacuum, mop, sweep, and sanitize all finished areas to a high standard similar to hotel cleaning.
- Clean interior windows, glass doors, mirrors, and frames.
- Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas are spotless and ready for occupancy.
- Safely dispose of construction dust, packaging, and small debris.
- Identify areas needing additional cleaning before project completion.
- Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous professional cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus).
- Ability to notice detail and maintain high cleaning standards.
- Comfortable working in new construction or renovation environments .
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with post-construction or final clean services .
- Familiarity with professional cleaning tools (HEPA vacuums, floor cleaners, glass tools).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices.
