***NEEDS UPDATE***

Major Duties :1. Manage and monitor the delivery of services and the outcomes for one or more application clusters.


2. Ensure consistency of the model across all application clusters within the tower.


3. As liaison between the support organization and tower business partners, helps ensure appropriate levels of service are met for current and assists in efforts on continuous improvement of the service and SLA/OLA reviews.


4. Serve as escalation point for non-critical and critical incidents.


5. Act as deputy for the Service Delivery Manager.


6. Responsible for prioritization of docket items as well as change approvals and resources onboarding.


7. Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function.


8. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.


9. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult.


10. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities.


11. Conducts preliminary analysis.


12. Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management.


13. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas.


Knowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft) is required


Experience :A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.

Salary Range:

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
