Student Success Coach, Alpha - $120,000/year USD
- ATTENTION: This position requires on-site presence in either Orange County or San Francisco, CA. They're energetic. They're unpredictable. They're brilliant little minds waiting to be unlocked. If you possess that rare gift—the ability to connect with young learners and transform potential into achievement—we need to talk. At Alpha, we're rewriting the education playbook. Our innovative K-2 approach replaces traditional lectures with personalized coaching, allowing students to master core academics in just two hours daily through cutting-edge AI platforms. Your mission? Make every minute of those two hours transformative. Someone who inherently understands that every child has untapped capabilities and knows precisely how to help them discover their own potential. If you're passionate about revolutionizing early education and believe in the boundless capacity of young minds, Alpha is where you belong. What You Will Be Doing
