We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Closing Coordinator.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mortgage Closing Coordinator to schedule loan closings and type closing documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify accuracy and consistency of specifications on title abstracts, insurance forms, and other required documents.

- Assemble documents for delivery to title company, real estate broker, or lending officer for closing.

- Review approved mortgage loans to determine conditions that must be met prior to closing and clear all conditions.

- Calculate loan interest and principal payment and closing costs.

- Record loan information in log and on government reporting forms.

- Call borrower, real estate broker, and/or title company to request specified and required documents, and schedule closing.

- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Two-year degree or certificate preferred.

- Exceptional customer service is required.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Saturday Hours 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (On rotation)

- Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
