Event Coordinator
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for trade shows, conferences, and customer events, including vendor management, shipping, registration, and on-site support.
- Manage event timelines, checklists, budgets, and project plans to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and external vendors to keep projects on schedule.
- Track event materials, promotional assets, and inventory before and after events.
- Support post-event reporting, attendee follow-up, and overall event operations.
- 2–5 years of experience coordinating B2B events, trade shows, or conferences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple event timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Experience with event management platforms (such as Cvent) is a plus.
