Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls and assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, including coverage, billing, and claims.
- Provide accurate and friendly information about our insurance products and services.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or products that meet client needs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent, helpful interactions.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Complete Evidence and Certificates of Insurance requests as needed.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine desire to help people and a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or sales experience in insurance, financial services, or similar industry is a plus.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Excellent Punctuality, Time Management, and Organizational Skills.
