Tour & Travel Sales Representative, Remote

We are looking for motivated Tour & Travel Sales Representatives to join Dreamtua remotely. Your main role will be to promote Dreamtua’s travel packages, sell curated itineraries, generate leads, follow up with potential travelers, and help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, sales, social media, online communication, and helping people discover unforgettable experiences. You will be responsible for introducing travelers to Dreamtua’s safari packages, beach escapes, adventure tours, cultural trips, hiking routes, research-focused trips, group travel options, and custom vacation plans.

Promote and sell Dreamtua travel packages to local and international travelers.

Pitch safari itineraries for destinations in East Africa.

Generate leads through social media, WhatsApp, email, travel groups, online communities, referrals, and direct outreach.

Respond professionally to traveler inquiries and explain available packages, pricing, travel options, and itinerary details.

Follow up with interested clients until they make a booking decision.

Help travelers choose the right package based on their budget, travel dates, group size, interests, and comfort level.

Promote Dreamtua’s brand online through travel-related posts, comments, messages, and community engagement.

Identify potential clients, including solo travelers, couples, families, group travelers, researchers, students, adventure seekers, beach lovers, and safari enthusiasts.

Assist with basic itinerary customization by collecting traveler preferences and sharing them with the planning team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.

Share customer feedback, common questions, and market insights with the Dreamtua team.

Support promotional campaigns for safaris, beach holidays, city tours, hiking adventures, cultural trips, and hidden-gem destinations.

Build relationships with travel bloggers, influencers, student groups, expat communities, researchers, and travel communities where possible.

Represent Dreamtua professionally and communicate with warmth, confidence, and accuracy.
