About Mind Lodge:

At Mind Lodge, we believe no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone. We’re a warm, client-centered practice dedicated to fostering meaningful healing in a welcoming space where individuals are encouraged to grow, connect, and rediscover their inner strength.

We’re currently a team of seven clinicians, led by the founder, and supported by a skilled operations coordinator who keeps everything running smoothly—billing, credentialing, scheduling, marketing, and more. This allows our clinicians to focus entirely on delivering high-quality care.

To meet the growing demand in our community, we’ve recently acquired an additional 1,400 square feet of office space and anticipate launching this expansion in the Winter of 2026. With this growth, we plan to hire one new clinician every couple of months and continue building a vibrant, connected team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time or full-time clinician to join our mission and looking for our next new hire for a March 2026 start date. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to see 15 to 30 clients per week, providing therapeutic support and guidance to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Evening and weekend availability tends to fill the fastest—having some flexibility in these time slots can help you build your caseload more quickly, though it's not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients of varying ages and backgrounds

• Create and maintain personalized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in a timely manner

• Collaborate with other team members as needed

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

• Active licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW or LMFT)

• Clinical experience preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care

Schedule:

• Flexible hybrid scheduling

• Office space is currently shared and cozy, with more flexibility expected when our new offices launch in the Spring of 2026

• Evening and weekend availability may accelerate caseload development

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
