Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support Team Leadership: Assist the General Manager in managing all restaurant activities, providing support, guidance, and feedback to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team committed to excellence.
• Financial & Inventory Management: Assist with managing orders, contracts, and inventory to ensure cost efficiency, reduce waste, and support operations, while helping coordinate supply budgets and vendor relations.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on product and policy changes for front-of-house staff. Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the kitchen team is well-trained on changes in food production, product specs, and quality control.
• Performance Feedback: Participate in providing performance feedback for front-of-house staff.

Who You Are:

• A Seasoned Professional: You bring 2+ years of management experience in hospitality, or you’re eager to step into a leadership role and grow with us - we’re willing to train the right person.
• Soccer Enthusiast: While familiarity with soccer is a bonus, your understanding of its unique charm in creating a lively pub atmosphere adds an extra layer of appeal to your candidacy.
