Pay Rate: Up to $56/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

Radiologic Technologist / Rad Tech
-To assist the Cardiologists in performing invasive and diagnostic/interventional cardiac/vascular and electrophysiologic procedures as well as technical hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation using automated techniques.
-Providing care to meet patient needs and handle other duties as required and assigned.
Prepare patients Take a patient's medical history, explain the procedure, and position the patient and equipment to take the image
Operate equipment Use computerized and manual equipment to take images, such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, fluoroscopy, or sonography
Evaluate images Review the images to ensure they are clear enough for a doctor to diagnose
Document patient care Record patient medical histories, enter patient data into computers, and maintain patient records
Communicate with patients and doctors Explain procedures and test results to patients, and inform doctors of patient conditions
Protect patients and staff Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff, and follow infection control policies
Assist with other tasks Help with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and restocking supplies
Requirements:
- BLS, ACLS and ARRT R license in state of assignment required, minimum 1 years exp.
- Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.
Will work in ED/Trauma, OR, general inpatients and ICU, outpatients (walk-ins), fluoroscopy, portable imaging
