Technical Product Owner

Compensation: $135,000 + bonus eligible

LaSalle Network is hiring a Technical Product Owner to drive innovation at the intersection of data, technology and real-world impact. This Technical Product Owner will play a critical role in shaping data engineering products that power smarter decisions and faster outcomes. What’s the job?
Own and prioritize the data engineering product backlog
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups and retrospectives
Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams
Drive delivery of data engineering initiatives from concept to completion
Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Communicate roadmap updates and sprint progress to stakeholders
Ensure high-quality delivery through QA collaboration
What’s needed?
5+ years in Agile software environments
Experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role
Strong background in data engineering or data-driven products
Expertise in writing user stories and leading Scrum teams
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
Experience working with distributed and offshore teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
CSPO or CSM certification preferred
