Banner Personnel is seeking a Recruiter who is interested in working full time!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruitment. Develops recruitment sourcing, outreach and retention strategies.
• Consults with managers to determine projected needs of short term and longer workforce panning and recruitment needs.
• Develops and provides complete and accurate information to candidates about the organization and position
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process.
• Researches and documents effectiveness of various recruitment approaches and strategies and implements necessary changes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
• Preferred sourcing experience in call center and warehouse roles is highly desirable
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
