Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Occupational Therapy position offers the opportunity to work with high school students with autism and plex diagnoses in a transition-age program. Serving students in a high school setting, this contract role spans the entire school year in the Naperville, IL area. The position focuses on supporting students' functional skills, independence, and readiness for post-secondary opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans targeting the needs of transition-age students with autism and other plex diagnoses
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and participation in school activities
• Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to ensure goals are met
• Deliver direct therapy services and remend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
• Provide consultation and training to staff supporting students with specialized needs

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Illinois required
• Experience working with transition-age students, particularly those on the autism spectrum and with plex diagnoses, preferred
• Strong munication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with school personnel and families
