Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of a travel healthcare team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents, and operate CT equipment to deliver high-quality imaging for a hospital in Libertyville, IL.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT technologist experience required.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACR and IEMA certifications required by facility.
• Experience with general CT and vascular CT procedures required.
• EPIC charting system experience required.
• Experience with GE CT equipment preferred.
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center, NICU, or teaching hospital environment preferred.

Assignment Details:

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift name: Evenings.
• Shift details: Evenings 1300-2300.
• Weekend rotation: Alternating weekends required.
• On-call requirement: 2–3 call shifts per month (maximum).
• Orientation: At least one shift to learn unit flow.
• Patient mix: Inpatient and outpatient; general CT and vascular patients; approximately 50 patients per shift.
• Patient ratio: 1:1 for applicable cases.
• Scrub color: Caribbean Blue.
• PPE: Appropriate PPE provided by facility.
• Floating: None.
