An entry level Phlebotomist collects blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary puncture. Ensures specimens are properly labeled, processed, prepared for laboratory testing or transport, and receive batches from satellite clinics. Performs EKGs. Provides a positive patient experience while following safety and infection control standards.

This position reports to the Phlebotomy Supervisor.

Position Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program preferred.

BLS certification through AHA preferred
