Position Description

PAR Technology has an exciting opportunity! The Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A plays a crucial role in supporting intelligent, financially sound decision-making for Corporate and the Restaurant Solutions Group (RSG). The right person for this role is a systems thinker with a passion for developing and maintaining simple and sustainable business processes, and who enjoys translating data into insights efficiently and effectively.

This highly visible role offers career opportunities and progression in a high-growth environment, as well as exposure to key leaders in the organization. This position will work closely with the senior management team of Corporate and RSG, providing financial planning and analysis support as we execute strategic growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a world-class FP&A Team.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning systems.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner across departments.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Additional Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, restaurant technology, or high-growth industries a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP and planning tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, Planful, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide financial planning, forecasting, and analysis support for Corporate and RSG.
  • Develop and maintain scalable financial models, budgets, and reporting processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and systems.
  • Support long-term strategic planning and ad hoc financial projects.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations to inform decision-making and track business performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of financial goals with company objectives.
