Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nursery Department . The RN will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and developmentally appropriate care to newborns, supporting families during the postpartum period, and working collaboratively with pediatricians, obstetricians, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the health and development of newborns

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Provide education and emotional support to new parents

• Ensure safe sleep practices and proper feeding techniques

• Respond to emergencies with calm, effective interventions

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of [Insert State]

• BLS certification required

• NRP and ACLS (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)

• Previous experience in a nursery, NICU, or maternal-child health setting preferred

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
