Master Data Management Analyst

The Master Data Analyst will join our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team and will primarily support the Supply Planning and CSR teams. Product Lifecycle Management will account for a large portion of this position. This position will work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to all areas of production planning and customer service master data. The individual should be results-oriented, organized, and have a natural curiosity for solving problem and be equally comfortable in team and independent work environments. This role will report to the Director of IBP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with CSR and planning teams to maintain the PLM Process
• Activation and deactivation of master data
• Preform master data audits
• Preform transactional data audits
• Various data governance activities
• Continuous data integration improvement
• Business process support for planning, Sales, Customer Service.

Requirements:

• Experience or educational background in master data analyses and management
• Bachelor’s degree in related subject or equivalent work experience required
• Work experience (no less than 5 years) in SAP master data analytics and management

• Computer skills: Applicants should possess advanced Microsoft skills, SAP and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) a plus

• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Detailed understanding of SAP master data and transactional data
• IBP experience is a plus

• Strong analytical skills: can work with large data sets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business
• Excellent oral and written skills
• A strong desire to learn new skills and information
• High level of dependability and organization
• Ability to travel up to 15%

The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between $84,600.00 and $127,000.00per year. This role is bonus eligible. The bonus incentive program is based on company meeting or exceeding targets. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate and is only applicable for roles that are based out of Illinois. The final salary will be determined after considering relevant factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and work location, where appropriate.
