Bilingual Contract Recruiter
Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role goes far beyond day-to-day recruiting—you'll be a key driver of growth, owning high-volume hiring while developing data-driven strategies that improve efficiency, retention, and candidate experience. - Collaborate with senior leaders to build scalable hiring processes from the ground up
- Use your skills in sourcing, analytics, and vendor management to elevate the talent function

- Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, ensuring a steady stream of top talent
- Design and refine sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows to drive efficiency
- Partner with leadership to ensure compliance, resolve candidate/employee matters, and align hiring with business needs
- Analyze hiring trends, turnover data, and pipeline metrics to drive smarter hiring decisions
- Manage vendor relationships (agencies, schools, etc.) and oversee recruiting budgets
- Build reports and share insights that shape workforce planning and talent strategy
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments like retail or services
- Strong grasp of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics
- A mix of strategic thinking and tactical hustle
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
