Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in Oak Forest, IL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on QuickBooks experience , strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage accounting, customer service, and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable/Receivable transactions and prepare reports

• Manage billing, cash applications, and payroll

• Provide customer service and enter orders/invoices into QuickBooks

• Create shipping documents (Bills of Lading, manifests)

• Schedule freight pick-ups and reconcile freight bills vs. bills of lading

• Assist with social media marketing projects

• Perform data entry and general office support

Qualifications

• QuickBooks experience: 2+ years (Required)

• Administrative Assistant experience: 4+ years (Required)

• Proficient in billing, payroll, and accounts management

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills

• Spanish language skills preferred

• Ability to commute to Oak Forest, IL 60452 (relocation required if not local)

In 1997 a separate division was formed dedicated to the distribution, sale and support of the same specialized products which we were installing on a daily basis. Both divisions ran independently of each other until 2009 when we decided to close our installation division.

Formerly known as Elite Crete Systems Midwest, Inc., we were the exclusive distributor of the Elite Crete Systems, Inc. brand of products for 26 years for the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa and Northwest Indiana. We decided to change the brands we represented to better serve and support our customers with the products and systems needed for todays ever changing construction and flooring industry.
