Bilingual HR Generalist

Bilingual HR Generalist Responsibilities:- Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, helping our client attract and retain top talent
- Administer pay, benefits and leave of absence programs to support their team members
- Implement and enforce company policies and practices to uphold their organizational values
- Assist with various HR-related tasks as needed, contributing to our overall success
- Fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our client’s diverse team
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
- 3+ years in the HR field, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline HR processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that inspire and connect
- A driven, enthusiastic individual eager to contribute to both personal and organizational success
