Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for protecting brand integrity? At Tonic3 , we’re looking for a Creative Governance Specialist to join our team and serve as the final checkpoint for excellence. As part of an integrated in-house agency, you’ll ensure creative outputs meet brand, regulatory, and accessibility standards before they go live. From digital ads and print collateral to multimedia campaigns, you’ll help safeguard quality, accuracy, and consistency - collaborating with creative teams to deliver flawless, on-brand work every time.

Position Overview : The Creative Governance Specialist ensures all creative outputs meet brand, regulatory, and accessibility standards before going live. You’ll act as a final quality checkpoint, reviewing digital, print, and multimedia assets for accuracy, consistency, and compliance while collaborating with creative teams to maintain excellence in every deliverable before they go live.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

This range is aligned with market rates for similar roles across our hiring locations. While the range is competitive for in-house and mid-sized teams, final compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s skills, experience, and the value they bring to the role, with flexibility to recognize unique strengths and expertise.

Location:

  • Schaumburg, IL (3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote) or
  • Irving, TX (2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote).

What You’ll Do:

  • Review marketing assets pre-live, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate visual and written content for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with creative standards.
  • Identify potential brand risks and escalate issues to the Creative Governance Manager.
  • Maintain review documentation and provide feedback to creative teams to improve future deliverables.
  • Support training sessions or workshops to educate teams and partners on brand and creative standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline review processes and ensure timely approvals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and creative best practices to guide brand evolution.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, creative operations, marketing governance, QA, or a similar field, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with brand strategy, visual identity, tone of voice, and creative compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing constructive feedback.
  • Knowledge of marketing, legal, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Passionate about creativity, innovation, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
