Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Airline Industry to join a leading client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience gathering business requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering technology solutions within airline operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Airline industry.
- Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Expertise in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and process flows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Experience conducting workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and UAT support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with airline reservation systems, airport operations, loyalty programs, revenue management, crew management, flight operations, passenger services, or related airline applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar.
