ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Meet with clients in North Aurora, Illinois, providing personalized consultations to understand their insurance needs and goals.
Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' current insurance coverage and identify areas for improvement.
Offering Solutions: Design and propose customized insurance solutions to suit each client's unique needs.
Building Relationships: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales or a similar role in the financial sector.
Licensing: Active Illinois insurance license is required; additional certifications in finance or related fields are a plus.
