Our client is located in the state capitol Springfield, Illinois. Springfield is a dynamic community, with lots to offer from museums, a university, and a wonderful culinary scene. Practice Overview

The practice is an AAHA-accredited private veterinary practice with an amazing facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography, dental X-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house pharmacy. We pride ourselves on fostering an environment that encourages professional growth, ensuring our team can provide the highest standard of care. With a commitment to excellence and continuous learning, we offer an ideal setting for both pets and veterinary professionals to thrive.

What You'll Be Working On

• Nurture and maintain client relationships
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
• Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
• Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
• Maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required
• Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Illinois
• New Grads are encouraged to apply!
• Ability to perform general wellness exams and surgeries
• Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
