Responsibilities- Develop personalized insurance solutions for clients, including Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance
- Foster strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Provide clients with risk assessments and advice tailored to their needs
- Utilize technology and digital tools to streamline and enhance the client experience
- Work toward milestone bonuses as you achieve agency goals and milestones

Requirements- Sales experience, particularly in a client-facing role
- Proven track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and succeed
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Property and Casualty License (required)
- Life and Health License (preferred at least 6 months into employment)
- 1 year of Insurance experience preferred
