Your job will be to meet with potential clients, help them gain clarity about their goals, and determine if our firm is the right fit for their needs. $50,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood
• Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team
• Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload
• Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency
• Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their goals and provide clarity on their options.
• Guide individuals through emotionally charged situations with professionalism and care.
• Help clients decide if working with Reidy Law Office LLC is the right choice for them.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the growth of the firm.

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Background in the legal industry preferred
• Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
• Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus

• Proven sales experience (legal sales experience is a plus, but not required).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy in emotionally charged situations.
• A results-oriented mindset with a drive to help people and achieve goals.

Flexible Work Schedule : While our core hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., availability for some evenings and weekends is required. We offer additional time off during the week to balance out these hours.
