Job Description: Subaru Evergreen Park is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most respected automotive brands in the industry and to contribute to the success of our dealership. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs.
• Provide product information and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.
• Conduct test drives and answer any questions or concerns customers may have.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle and trim level to meet their requirements.
• Present pricing options, incentives, and financing terms to customers.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest Subaru models, features, and technologies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the dealership.

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience preferred, automotive sales experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
