Director of Software Engineering
Path Construction is growing and looking for a Director of Software Engineering ! We are a mid-size, growing general contracting firm located in Arlington Heights, IL. We are seeking the right person to lead the development and execution of a software system that is currently in development. This complex and comprehensive software program is tied to the construction industry and aims to significantly change future construction practices. The patents for this process have already been obtained.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven successful leadership in technology development and delivery
- Strong technical and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving problems
- Clear and effective communication skills, including with customers, teams, and senior management
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary Range: $90,000 - $160,000
