Test Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Test Lead for a Contract job with a client in Schaumburg, IL . The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Pega testing, automation, and decision management, along with leadership skills to manage testing strategies and execution.

Rate Range: $53.03/hour to $56.82/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Test Lead job responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage testing activities for Pega applications, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for Pega applications.

• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.

• Implement test automation strategies using Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) and other tools.

• Ensure proper coverage for functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and coordinate with stakeholders for test reporting.

Desired Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in Pega testing and automation.

• Expertise in Pega Robotics (OpenSpan), Pega Decision Management, and test automation frameworks.

• Strong understanding of Pega platform functionalities and integration points.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead testing teams and manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment.

Pay Details: $53.03 to $56.82 per hour
