Soccer Coach

Elite S.C. is now hiring! Elite S.C. is a community-based club centered on providing a high quality, competitive and positive soccer experience focused on player and team development. Elite S.C.’s mission is to bring experienced, professional, caring coaches to teach and develop soccer players from the fun, through the passion, to the demands of elite level soccer. We are looking for coaches that are role models and embody the E.L.I.T.E. core values (Effort, Learning, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence). Our competitive program consists of over fifty plus club teams from the U8 to U23 age groups that compete in leagues throughout the Northwest and Chicagoland Area, as well as, regional and national tournaments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serving as a role model for the players while providing a safe environment for the players’ growth
• Coaches embody the E.L.I.T.E. core values (Effort, Learning, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence)
• Implementing the club’s technical plan and curriculum for their team in regards to player development, including developing written training plans as needed for all training sessions
• Attending and leading 2-3 practices a week along with all league games and 1-4 tournaments a season as required by the club’s technical plan for the specific age group and team assignment
• Communicating with other coaches in the respective age group and the Director of Coaching regarding progress of players’ development and related coaching considerations within the age group
• Weekly Online Coach Check Form
• Filling out 2 player feedback forms for each player for the year-end of the fall, end of the winter
• Complying with all Elite policies and procedures, including attendance at required coaching meetings, seminars and meetings as required by the Director of Coaching
• Additional coaching and earning opportunities available

Requirements:
The ability to manage, develop, and motivate youth soccer players consistent with the club’s technical direction and the standards set forth by Positive Coaching Alliance. Virtually all of our coaching staff possess some advanced level of certification. Sound organizational and interpersonal communications skills necessary for interaction with the players and their families. USSF National Coaching License, NSCAA
