In this role, you will:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of iOS applications, delivering features that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

• Design and implement clean, efficient, and testable code in Swift and related frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices for mobile development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and backend engineers—to deliver cohesive and scalable mobile solutions.

• Participate in system and API design discussions, data modeling, and integration of services to support robust iOS applications.

• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, ensuring AI-driven features are reliable and user-centric.

• Investigate and resolve app performance bottlenecks and bugs, proactively contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficiency in iOS development with Swift and familiarity with system design, API interactions, and data modeling.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver mobile features.

• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building and scaling iOS applications in a large-scale, distributed environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in architecting reusable components and optimizing app performance.

• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment best practices for mobile platforms.

• Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform technical decisions and feature development.

• Exposure to AI/ML toolkits within the iOS ecosystem and practical experience integrating AI-driven features into mobile products.

• Deep expertise in the iOS ecosystem, including Swift, SwiftUI, and Xcode, with a passion for creating performant and delightful app experiences.

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $136,000.00 to $190,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $217,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
